Your present blog mistress is a personal "life stylist".
(It's a humourous expression. I don't take it too seriously, so you need not either. :-))
Not a "stylist", because my advice is not confined to hairdos, makeup and wardrobe.
Not a "lifestyle coach", either, because:
a) my advice is not confined to picking the right shade of curtains and/or the right type of friends;
and
b) because I dislike the expression "coach" - with a passion! (Even though that is exactly what I do.)
My advice takes into consideration ALL of you - and I mean you, the one who is reading this right now.
That is why you will find here more than just tips on inexpensive (but surprisingly effective) face or hair treatments, and sundry tricks to improve your appearance; you will also find information that might help you improve your knowledge, your behaviour and demeanour, your mind, your spirit. Your LIFE.
All this (and more) will eventually end up on a website - the website I had been planning for a while now - and in a book (with the same title as this blog).
But for now, I am more than glad to be able to share what I have learned - and helped others learn - here.
