A FEW TRUTHS ABOUT BEAUTY

* You do NOT have to suffer for beauty.

(Unless, of course, applying hair dye and such procedures count as »suffering« in your book. ;)
In fact, beauty that entails »suffering« - yours or anyone else's – is not much of a beauty. It is fake and contrived – and nature (including people) recognises no beauty in such artifice.

* You do NOT have to have a lot of money to have the best possible skin, hair, body care available.
(As a rule – there always are exceptions, such as extremely difficult skin conditions -, expensive beauty products have no advantage whatsoever over the skin and hair care treatments that you can get – literally – from »scraps«.)

* The impact of your mind and your self-perception on the way others (and yourself) perceive you is greater than you probably think.

* Contrary to what you may have been told, there are NO »generally accepted« ideals of beauty – or, more precisely, the real impact of such cultural »ideals« on the perception of beauty is much lesser than it may seem.

* Beauty in adults is linked to sex appeal (albeit subtly).
Which means that your features may not be »perfect« (they wouldn't be anyway, for there are no »ideal« features that appeal to all people), but you can exert great physical impact (attraction) on others if you develop your natural sex appeal.
(You do have it, you simply have to lure it out, if you haven't done so already. And that does NOT mean dressing or behaving in a »slutty« way- quite the opposite.)

* There are things that you can do to improve your beauty RIGHT NOW.
And, more likely than not, they won't cost you a dime.
